Bulking calories.

Weight : 61kg
Height : 5ft 7

I started bulking last week but I haven’t put on any weight.
Current calories : 2300
I used to lift 4 years ago and I’m practically a newbie.
I should be putting on 1-2 pounds a week right?
How many calories should I increase to see gains?
Should I start with 200?
Or 500 because x7 = 3500 cals which should roughly equate to a pound in weight?
