I am trying to figure out how many calories I need to lean bulk and these online calculators are a bit too varied for my liking. My stats are as follows:
6 foot
176 lb
16% body fat
Desk job
Workout 4-5 times a week and cardio (basketball) once a week with some light cardio otherwise
Goal is to lean bulk 0.5 lb a week or 2 lb a month for 4-5 months.
I think my TDEE is around 2,500 calories so my lean bulk should be 2,750? I've seen some TDEE calculators say 2,100 but that doesn't make sense to me - maybe they are not incorporating my daily exercise?
