I am 19 year old 6'2 (188cm) guy and I weigh 330 pounds (150kg) so am a big guy. Lately I've started working out in the gym I do upper/lower body strength training along with cardio. I've also completely cutted sugary drinks and sugar mostly out of my diet, I also try to aim to eat between 2500-3000 calories a day which is more than enough to put me in a deficit considering my size and activity level. What I find hard is the amount of protein I have to consume, all calculators online give me an estimate from 250-280 grams a day but I find that a lot to fit in a 2500 diet without neglecting other nutrients and macros, its also hard to do without getting protein shakes. My goal is to lose weight while also maintaining muscle mass or even increasing it. I have a problem with cardio as I find it boring and hard to stay consistent with, so I do both weight lifting and cardio which is way more fun. What do you guys recommend?. Is 280 a lot?
