-You should never skip breakfast

-Eating 6 times a day helps your metabolism/Doing intermediate fasting speeds up your metabolism

-weighing foods like rice, oats, meat, etc after they are cooked

-you can not gain weight because your ectomorphic or you can not lose weigh because you are endomorphic

-eating carb or fats make you fat
