So I'm 135lbs 5'11 14% body fat and I'm wondering if 2800 calories is enough to put on 1 pound a week. Right now I'm doing ICF 5x5 there isn't a whole lot of cardio involved so I don't need to worry about eating more due to it. I did one of those calculators but they seem pretty inconsistent across the board so I wondered what you all thought.
