Protein question.

I'm 36 years old, 6ft 1 and around 240lb.

I've been a lazy arse this last couple of years and wanting to get back in to shape.

A quick question regarding my protein intake.

I'm going to try and have 1 gram of protein for 1lb of bodyweight whilst I cut, so here's the question.

Do I have 1 gram of protein for my current body weight or 1 gram for my intended body weight, say 200-210 gram per day?

My aim is to lose as much fat as possible whilst maintaining muscle mass through boxing and body weight exercises.
