Lean Meats vs Fat Meats and Cutting Body Fat

Im curious on what exact meats I should be eating on cutting down the last little bit of body fat I need to get rid of to see my abs. I've always eaten chicken thighs and rib eye steaks primarily but those are extremely high in fat. If i ate the same amount of protein and kept everything else the same but switched over to sirloin and chicken breast would this be of genuine help in getting me closer to my goals?

Age: 27
Height: 5'10
200+ grams of protein daily
Gym 6 days a week.
