Experiencing problems, probably because not enough fat

I'm 159 lbs currently and experiencing some problems for the past 5 months (kinda low drive and motivation, not a good mood overall, low libido, also not seeing a lot of gains - probably messed with my hormones too) and I figured it's probably because of my lack of fat in my diet (40-45 grams currently). Eating around 170 g of protein and kinda lots of carbs, since I love them (no junk tho. Mostly veggies, fruits, whole grain bread and wheat flakes.

The fat I'm having currently is coming from 5 eggs daily and a little bit of greek yogurt. I'll add some peanut butter and I'll up it to 70-75. Should I get better fairly quick? Since I'm also 22, pretty young. Hope it's not that bad tgat I need to see an endocrinologist or smth.

Edit: Also never had my testosterone level tested. Should I do it?
