Easing into proper nutrition again over 3 weeks

Greetings,
my gym closed down in November and thus my nutrition dropped with it.
They will open tomorrow again and i am allowed to go for one hour three days per day, probably going to do some fullbody training, but one hour is a but short(any suggestions how to compromise?). Well anyway: how would you suggest me going into proper meal plans etc. where should I start and how?
