Delhi Budget promises free coronavirus vaccine for all its citizens at government hospitals

The Delhi government clarified that vaccines would not be free in private hospitals but any person getting a jab - even from a neighbouring state - will get it free in a government hospital. UP has also provided Rs 50 crore in its budget for Covid-related expenditure.
