Moving on from low carb, good or bad idea?

For a year now I’ve been following a fairly low carb life style. I have dropped over 80 lbs and several pants and shirt sizes. I have been pretty strict on what I’ve eaten and also done cardio. I lack muscle mass, I have recently joined a gym to start lifting weights to try and put on size. Do I need to stick with a low carb diet and increase proteins and good fats, or is there a way to transition to something more moderate carbs and have more carb intake? I’m just looking for advice thanks.
