Lentil soup for vegetarian protein

Hi , I am vegetarian. From last 6 months I was eating a lot of bread and rice for protein. My daily consumption of bread was 2 in morning ,4 in afternoon and 4 in evening = 10. Each bread has 4 gms of protein so that gives me 40 gms. The downside of this was there are a lot of carbs in bread which made my bulking all wrong.

Now I have another plan. I decided to cook 3 cups of lentil soup every evening. This will consist of mixed lentils(green, yellow, black and white), kidney beans and garbanzo beans. I will also add some carrots, tomatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, onions for additional calories. 1 cup will have 18 gms of protein so 3 cups will close to 50 gms. I also drink a protein shake in morning which is close to 50 gms and take casein before bed which is close to 20 gms. This gives me overall ~120 gms of protein.

The problem is I read that beans and lentils have higher estrogen levels. I am worried if it will hurt me in anyways if I eat 3 cups every night. Please suggest.
