Lean bulking question

Hey, I’m currently lean bulking, I was at 3600 calories, 225p 450c 100f and my weight had stalled for 3 weeks so I added 50g of carbs to my diet. The next week I weighed 2lbs heavier, and the week after that another 1.6 lbs heavier. I wonder why this is happening since I only added 200 calories to my diet. My water and salt intake was consistent. My bathroom habits are normal, and my activity level (Steps per day) has even been slightly higher. And yes I do weigh everything I eat, and account for any added oils, dressings, etc.
