Chobani Vanilla Greek yogurt Seems like a heaven send. 20gs of Protein. 22 Carbs. Only thing that makes me nervous are the 19 grams of sugar per serving. Theres 5 servings in a big ole tub so that seems like it really ads up- I mean if it didn't matter I would eat at least a tub of this chit a day. I guess the only thing holding me back is fear of getting diabetes or whatever else comes with eating an ass ton of sugar? What do yall think?
