Where I live 1KG Fresh Boneless Chicken Thighs cost £9 whereas 1KG Frozen Boneless Chicken Thighs cost around £5.
Why is frozen much cheaper? Is there any difference in taste? I can also see difference is calories & proteins when comparing fresh/ frozen, why is that if its the same type of chicken?
