I am running a P-P-L-P-P-L-R training program now, with that, i eat:
Breakfast: 5 whole wheat bread, 5 egg whites and 4 egg yolks + a little bit of low fat mayo
Lunch/Dinner: 200g 5% fat minced beef, 100g whole wheat pasta
Snack is a shake after each workout with 3dl high protein milk and 1 scoop 100% whey.
Supplements: Creatine, multi vitamine and omega 3
I am 94kg at the moment, and 192cm tall.
I want to lose a little weight to begin with, before i start putting on some weight/mass with a bulk.
Can anybody give me some tips/what to do?
