Hi guys I'm looking to quit caffeine again. Can anyone recommend a power breakfast to replace caffeine? Used to drink either 2 red bulls in the morning or a monster but I want to quit caffeine so no coffee either. My anxiety is getting worse which is why I'm quitting caffeine.
My mornings I'm probably going to substitute the energy drinks with a power shake consisting of 2 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of oats, 2 cups of protein chocolate powder, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and a banana. Thats a power breakfast right there but I will rotate it with 6 egg whites and a banana for the breakfast. I need something to wake me up and get me powered up for the day with energy as I work at a fast paced area
