Hello everyone i have a question,
(im 5'10 147 lbs)
I'm training at home at the moment doing full body(pull ups, weighted push ups, squats, side lateral) 4 times a week
I'm also eating around 2900 calories a day since im trying to gain some weight. I eat clean and i count my calories so i dont think i should have a problem here.
For some reason im not gaining any weight at all. Any ideas why or what can i do to improve that?
