Hi everyone I’m an 18 year old female and I am pretty active I weight train 5 times a week as well as get in cardio or hiit training 2-3 times a week of about 30 min. I also do softball and get in 10,000-12,000 steps everyday. I’m a little confused on TDEE calculators because I’m not sure if I would be moderately active or active. If I put it in the calculator as moderately active my TDEE is 2,202. What are you always thoughts and opinions? Would I be considered active?
