Not sure if this is the best place to post but I have some questions an eating schedule.
The only time viable for me to work out (CrossFit) is at 5:30am. This is already a struggle for me; getting up sucks. I usually get up at 5am then drive to go workout.
After my workout, I come home and eat breakfast. Is that good? Or should I be eating breakfast before so I can take a post workout shake after workout? If I should be eating before what would be easy and quick to eat? Or is a post workout shake necessary?
