I'm 21 years old, pretty muscular, also pretty chubby, trying to get lean.
I'll be going to a friend's house with some pals and we'll have some drinks (me as few as possible, but they like drinking soo yeah).
Now, I haven't had ANY alcohol in like 4-5 months (and didnt plan on having, unless there's an event like this coming, where I have to drink some), since I got serious, and dont plan on having alcohol anytime soon after (hopefully lol).
Should I expect something bad, if anything, from only 1 drinking night in 5 months, regarding my losing fat goals? Not gonna affect my muscles, but hopefully I wont get some fat.
Also what drink do you recommend is better? or the least bad one should I say.
