Too much protein?

I weigh 145.6 I eat pound and half of ground chicken or beef 93%.I include a lot carrots and spinach and fruit.3 hand scoop of rice per meal till no meat left.I eat 4 scoops of peanut butter out the jar and 2 potatoes but I feels like I need to eat a more protein to feel full or left more hungry easier like I use to eat whole bag of frozen chicken breast to get stronger. Just don’t want to destroy organ or something but I wonder if I should included more something like fats. I try to eat some junk food then there.
