So hello fellow BBers
I have been having a long break since forever from BB (both forum and gym)
mainly because I have been having trouble with my diet.
I used to be able to keep a good damn track of my weight and food
Now I am having trouble because I don't get FULL without carbs and I mean they mostly should be
Sugar or Simple carbs (white bread etc), or I would feel :
Nervous
Anxious
Don't feel like myself not calm at all
And feel confused and like my brain is not functioning properly at all !!!
And I wonder how someone can go with complex carbs all day, let alone someone go for No-Carbs at all plan.
Does anyone know at all what in the world is wrong with me? I keep forcing myself to eat healthy but that makes me
hungry all the time and anxious and I eat more than my allowed macros !!
I had lost 70 kilograms once!! and it feels so bad that I am not the fit kid who had I become before.
