Hi guys,
Im 18 years old 5'8. I have recently gained a lot of weight. I run distance and will be running at the collegiate level. I know this is a bodybuilding website, sorry if I'm in the wrong place. I weighed around 132 pounds in the morning before summer, I was consuming 1500-1600 calories a day and running 50-60 miles a week and cycling around 4-5 hours a week. I now weigh around 145 pounds and train the same amount of hours and mileage. my caloric intake has stayed the same and I sometimes eat less around 1300-1400 calories as I want to be lighter. could someone please tell me why this has happened.
