i am a hardgainer/Octomorp body type, i often struggled with how to hit 2500 calories per day...
i used to avoid these foods due to allergies : Cow/nut Milk, eggs, all nuts , seafood ..., going low sugar and avoid red meat as possible.
My regular meal : breakfast >> smoothies + sandwich , lunch & dinner >> chicken /pork/ fish + vege+ rice.
Since i know how to make high calorie smoothie, so why not drink 2x 1100 calorie smoothie per day to hit my goal
I wondering if this works , because i have never seen anyone advise people to use high calories smoothies to replace other normal high calaories healthy snacks....
My ingredient of 1100 calories smoothie:

2x scoops of Optimum Nutrition whey protein
Greek yogurt
1 cup of instant oats
30ml of olive oil
2 Bananas
Coconut milk
Chia seed / Flaxseed
