So pretty straight forward, my girlfriend is very athletic and in great shape but she’s concerned that with her current diet, one day she won’t be able to maintain her physique. She absolutely loves Mac n cheese, pasta, beef tacos, certain chicken recipes, and fruit smoothies. Obviously some other little things here and there but I’m dead serious when I say she really only ever wants to eat carbs and cheese lol. She’s been talking about eating healthier but has no idea where to start and a lot of my suggestions don’t even get tried out.. so what I’m asking is, anyone a picky eater here that found a successful “healthy” diet? Or any suggestions to open up to new foods? Thank you!
