George Lockhart...

So according to Lockhart - he says your bodys main source of fuel is fat when your aerobic, when anaerobic its carbs - now he says you want to eat protein to encourage the body to start burning/using carbs before your workout - but he also goes on to say "you dont wanna be consuming protein all day long" - im a bit confused by this really, when does he expect you to consume protein? JUST before a workout and thats it? for the day?

I think sometimes he can contradict himself - surely by consuming protein often throughout the day you are encouraging your body to use stored carbs?

Anybody care to weigh in with this and either put me straight or give an opinion? cheers.
