Im doint some research about flax seed given that they are now common in many vegan protein powders (Im not vegan, just tryng to limit dairy to once a day).
They have many benefits but according to many sources they contain phytoestrogens, the bad type actually, the one that can mimin real estrogens with all the conseguences on the hormone balance that we know.
Im currently mixing brown rice and pea proteins to make complete ones but it takes some work and doesnt taste that great so looking for already mixed alternatives.
I found one without soy but it has flax seeds inside the mix.
