I posted this in a thread a couple of days ago and had about 5 people PM me asking me for more info.
Since the beginning of quarantine, this is how I've been getting tons of veggies/fruit in daily. Not that quarantine has much to do with anything, I just happened to start doing this daily around that time.
I freeze large bags of spinach, kale, chard, and collard greens. I buy the kale and spinach pre-bagged. I buy the chard/collard greens fresh, in which I chop up and put into a large freezer bag mixed together.
Every morning I use my nutribullet (32oz cup) to grind up:
-All 4 of the greens above
-Carrots
-Chopped beets
-1 apple
-4 or 5 strawberries
-Handful of blueberries
-teaspoon or so of Turmeric
-teaspoon of Lion's Mane
-squeeze of ginger
-water
Sometimes drink it twice/day. I prefer it because it's a fast and easy way to get in all of that nutrition first thing in the morning. I hope this helps and makes it easier for everyone.
