Newbie gains: building muscle, losing fat, what to do calorie wise?

I've worked out casually for years, but got serious 6 weeks ago - 6 days/week no skipping, macros down to the gram, etc. I planned to cut ~1.5lbs/week, and I did the first 3 weeks. (~15% bodyfat now, from what calipers/mirrors tell me)

My waist measurements are still going down ~0.5/inch week, my arm/muscle mass measurements are going up. I'm visibly gaining muscle & losing fat, but my weight has stayed the same the past 3 weeks. I realize that isn't supposed to happen.

So the question is: what's the most efficient way to cut while newbie gaining? Is it more efficient to stick with the same calorie count & assume recomposition will take care of the fat, or cut calories further to accelerate the loss?
