Do bread and soy lower ur test-levels?

is it true that certain foods/things lower your testosterones levels? and potentially ruining your anabolism?
some of the things I have heard are things like bread, soy, pasta, chocolate and the big one.... alcohol!!

does broccoli, cauliflower and avocado raise your test levels?

is there any truth to this? or is it a load of baloney that you don't have to worry about?
