Let me first start of by giving you my body stats. I’m 27, 192lbs, 5 foot 7in.
So I’ve recently started hitting the gym and I am fully committed to going 6 days a week and usually I’m in there anywhere from 1 hr to 1 and 1/2 hour. This is my third week. My goal is to bulk up with lean muscle. I don’t want to be overly large but have a nice chiseled physique with decent size. I find going into my third week and I find that my energy levels are dropping. My daily macro goals sit at 1770 Calores, 133carb 59fat and 177gram of protein. MyFitness Pal will also add on to those macros after my Apple health app has registered a workout I have completed in my FitBod app. I have a feeling this is not enough though and I’ll be honest I sometimes short of those macros.
I track my macros through MyfitnessPal and I train using the FitBod app as I’m not entirely new to working out but I like that the app builds me a workout everyday and I have seen results. I’ve dropped around 6lbs in 2 weeks and people have noticed I’ve lost weight.
I have the FitBod app build my workouts around a bodybuilding routine so I’m doing 5-6 sets of between 4-15 reps depending on the type of workout. Arms are typically lower reps with legs at higher reps of heavy weight with a rest time of 1-2 minutes between sets. It also does a mix of supersets during the workout routine it’s builds me.
I just find over time each day I wake up I’m feeling more and more tired and it’s getting harder to wake up at the time I want to. If anyone could give me some advice I would be greatly appreciative! Thanks!
