Does low sugar cause depression?

when i was 21 i decided to start eating healthy an dclean all the time
for the last 5 years i have barely ate junk food or sugar i have also had dpression and anxiety
in the lasst month for the first tim ever ive consistently been eating "junk food"


i noticed i have mor energy, i feel happier, i now have goals, an dfeel better


have i ruined my life eating healthy? shoul di keep eating ice cream each night?
