Besides the obvious, like chicken, whats foods are important to you & why? ive been buying chicken thighs with the skin on them for the additional benefits of animal fat in my diet. Also, i would say cashews, for the 81mg magnesium & 1.5mg zinc per serving. thats not much zinc, but a good amount of magnesium. both of these are important for sleep & hormone production.
