I have been following a 90 day Hiit training plan from an online trainer. I am coming to the end of the plan and I have dropped about half a stone and gone from a 33inch waist down to 29.5 inch waist and can visibly see my abs. I am now verging on to skinny and i would like to start looking into bulking to build some muscle.
I am 5’6 and currently weight 130 pounds. I have quite a sedentary job but get around 10k steps in a day from walking my dog twice a day.
The Hiit sessions I have been doing are between 25 minutes to 30 minutes.
I have worked out my TDEE using a couple of online calculators which comes in around 1900 calories.
The thing is I have used MFP to work out a normal daily intake of food from the 90 day plan and i have been consuming around 2300 calories and I have been losing weight at probably around around 1lb a week.
Therefore I have added 250 calories to bring me around maintenance. Then a further 250 calories to be in a small surplus.
Is this to much? Will i be burning more or less lifting for an hour then I would doing the Hiits?
This is all quite new to me and would love some advice on how to start my next journey.
