Animal protein and vegetal protein

Hello everyone!

I have a big dilemma that has been on my mind for a long time and I want you to help me. I monitor my macronutrients daily with MyFitnessPal.

At the height of 1.83 m and 87.4 kg, I eat about 2.2 grams of protein/kg, that is about 193 grams of protein. The big problem is that about 40 grams of protein come from sources such as rice and wholemeal bread.

And we all know that animal protein is superior to vegetable protein.

Should I consume all 193 grams of animal protein only, and ignore the protein grams from rice and bread?
