Hello, I am not on here often. I was wondering if anyone is aware of diet tracking program or Excel download tracking program to track calories. About 10 years I had a program on my computer that was incredible. I have a printout but not the actual Excel. It says v.2.0 Diet planner. That is all I know. I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction on where to find that? Thank you.
