Hello, the last I weighed myself I was 138lbs. I am 5’7, male.
I have been working out off and on for a couple years and I have recently started going very consistently at 5+ days a week with a solid workout plan every day. For a while, I was barley gaining weight but I was getting a lot more cut. I realized I wasn’t eating enough, so after some quick research and a little bit of money, I bought more food and started eating way more.
The problem is, I have been eating foods high in protein and fat, and not much of anything else other than carbs. There has been a few day that I ate a huge excess of protein, way more than what “MyFitnessPal” has recommended. I believe this issue has started to physically affect me, as I have been feeling minor muscle cramps in my right index finger, toes on right foot, right foot, and right forearm (connected to finger).
I also have experienced occasional spazzing in my left cheek. However, that happens to me once or twice a year. But it coincidentally came about while this started happening.
I wish to know better foods for diet to intake the proper nutrition I need to bulk.

On my highest calorie day, I consumed
228g of protein, goal 152g
224g of carbs, goal 381
27g of fiber, goal 38
109g of sugar, goal 115g
622g of fat, goal 101g
Cholesterol 1,179g, goal 300g
The foods I ate that day were
Peanut butter protein shake
Chicken
Peanut butter jelly sandwiches
Eggs
Potatoes
Fruit juice
Onions
Mushrooms
Not that much variety. This has been sort of my diet for the last week. Yesterday, I incorporated homemade breakfast burritos with ground turkey, bell peppers, cheese, and potatoes.
Any suggestions?
