Tomato omelette (also known as Persian omelette)

It's absolutely delicious, occasionally have around five eggs with this recipe but what do we think about it for bodybuilding? Good way to start the day or nay?

vegetable oil 2 tbsp
garlic 1 clove, crushed
onion ½, finely chopped
plum tomatoes 6, deseeded and chopped
tomato purée 2 tsp
eggs 5
