high quality lean meat and a handful of nuts

rotate your meats (seafood qualifies) and choose a nut

i used to do this with bison and cashew patties

when i needed something quick and didn't have time to cook it would be chicken and walnuts

The late great Charles Poliquin used this for many of his athletes, there was good reason he had the highest amount of medal winners in the history of the Olympic games. Helps with dopamine production, builds muscle, sharpens the mind, slow steady rise in blood sugar, the list goes on.
