Instead of eating chicken or seafood dishes with rice or potatoes I've gotten into the habit of eating a bag of cheese flavoured corn chips.
Is this trashing my diet?
I wouldn't think there would a lot of nutrients in rice or potatoes anyway, so I'm probably just getting a few extra calories.
NB I do this once or twice a week and otherwise my diet is good, of course I eat vegetables with dinner also.
