Hi there,
I am 43 years old. 6' 1", 220 lbs. I have a 34" waist and a little tummy flab that I'd like to get rid of. I'm not too concerned about losing weight, as 220 lbs was my comfortable weight when I was younger. I want to replace the weight I lose in fat with muscle gain. Diabetes runs strong in my family. More of my relatives have it than not. I keep to the type 2 diabetic diet, with 2-3 cheat days per month. Are there any changes to low-carb and moderate protein and fat diet that I should make in order to build mass? I would like to try some new supplements but need to stay away from high carb. What would you recommend?
Thank you.
