Hi, this post is for my father.
He turns 55 next month. He runs 2-3 times a week for about 10-15 miles, does weight lifting 3 times a week, 2 1 hour spin classes a week, 2 45 minute HIIT classes a week, and then depending on how long his weekend run is he will also do a 1 hour long HIIT class on the weekend. Right now he weighs 159 pounds with 14% body fat. He would like to get to 165 with 10-12% body fat. His current problem is that when he gains weight "75% of it is fat" according to him or 4 pounds fat 1 lb muscle for the last 5 pounds he's gained, those lbs are from his Withings BMI Scale. If you have macro and calorie count recommendations that would be very helpful.
Thanks
