Is this enough protein for grow ? (student)

Hello, im not sure, if im getting enough protein, so i want to ask you, if its enough or i must add more. Before i put list of my full day of eating, i want to say that im a student, so i dont have much money for variety of foods. I weight 192 pounds with around 13-15% BF. Im trying to bulk, gain muscle, i know my calories, but i just want to know if im eating enough protein.

Breakfast: 150g oats (15g P) + 300 ml milk (10g P) + 1 scoop of 80% whey (20g P) + some fruit /// 45g of protein total

Lunch: 100g rice (7g P) + 150g tuna (30g P) + vegetables + olive oil /// 37g protein total

Dinner 1: 4 whole eggs (25g P), bread (5g P), some fruit ///// 30g protein total

Dinner 2: 100g rice (7g P), 100g chicken ( 20g P), 50g oats (5g P) , 300 ml milk (10g P) /// 42g protein total

Summary: 115g protein from animal sources and around 40g from rice,oats etc. so total 155 grams of protein per day.

Is it enough for building muscle ? Thanks for answer
