I bought a 121grams cod liver can.
It says it has 14 grams of omega 3/100 grams.
Is it too much if I eat two cans a week?
I don't usually eat fish, some sardines and chia foods now and then, but I consume nuts almost daily (mix of pecan, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, brazilian nuts, around 50 grams)
