Sorry if this is the wrong place. I have been trying to put on weight. Im 6'2 195 lbsish. I get at least 3500 calories a day and sometimes more. every morning I wake up around 194 when the night before I weigh around 202 or more. How am I losing so much weight when I sleep and what can I do?
