Advice on what to do

QHi so my gym opened back up around June and I started my basic lifts from scratch while on a cut (182 lbs to 162 lbs) my lifts have been plateauing for a number of weeks on this cut.
Bench 155 lbs
Squat 245 lbs (had to take some time off after an injury)
Deadlift 315 lbs
Ohp 125 lbs
Right now I'm 162 lbs 5'10 and around 20 % bf I believe and my situation is should I continue to grind it out on this cut till I reach around 15% bf and 155 lbs or eat at maintenance and increase these lifts (especially the bench and ohp)

Btw I can also post the routine I've been following if need be and a quick bf % estimate would be appreciated
