are my genetics terrible for bodybuilding

to describe my set of genetics, i build muscle more easily than most people. but when cutting i cannot lose more than 1/2lb per week without a ton of muscle loss even at a bodyfat of as high as 18%. like if i eat a 600 calorie deficit i lose 1-1.25lb of muscle/week. does this mean i will lose nothing but muscle getting below 10% bodyfat?. and strangely i have a fast metabolism at 3700 calorie maintiance weighing only 195.
this is of course with optimal protein intake of 1.25g/lb of lean mass.
