I'm just curious if any of you guys have Kimchi as part of your regular diet?
I've found it to be a fulfilling meal in the mid morning or lunch time when I start getting the urge to pig out.
I started a good calorie deficit quite awhile back, screwed it up, and started again a few months ago. Down 50 pounds from 330.
