Make it the night before, then grab and go!
This recipe has 3 servings because we want you to plan your meals ahead. It’s so easy to make, you can probably do it in your sleep! You can wake up in the morning refreshed, knowing you have saved the day.
P.S. you can use any fruit or topping to make it your own.
INGREDIENTS
3 Servings
3 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cup milk of choice
1 1/2 cup yogurt or additional milk
Honey or Agave to taste, optional
3 table spoons almond butter
3 lidded glass containers or mason jars
DIRECTIONS
Add 1 cup of oats into each lidded container or mason jar. Then add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of yoghurt or additional milk if you don’t have yoghurt, into each container.
Drizzle honey or agave into each container. Shake well then store in refrigerator.
When you’re ready to serve, add 1 tablespoon of almond butter on top.
